New Retail quality
New retail represents products we buy directly from leading IT manufacturers. We buy and sell products mainly within laptops, PCs, server/storage, monitors and tablets.
Remanufactured quality
Remanufactured products are products with competitive prices and the same high quality as original products directly bought from the manufacturer or IT resellers. The products are surplus products from manufacturers, returned demo models or products with damaged packaging. Other products have been returned by customers in connection with cancelled orders or entered through exchange programs. Remanufactured products are of high quality and often brand new, fully refurbished and tested by certified technicians.
We operate with 3 different levels of product quality plus a demomodel standard.
